You would arrange your own appointments, complete a ‘workflow’ model and undertake all configuration and implementation of the proposed solution. Following successful implementation you would conduct the first and second level support leaving Sawfish Software with the responsibility of hosting and third level support. Under the license you are free to charge your own support fees and will also earn commission from license sales and support.
