Mark graduated with a PhD from Leeds University in 1993 and has been developing commercial software solutions with Microsoft technologies for over 6 years. He brings with him a breadth of experience developing and supporting Web and Windows based ERP and Workflow solutions.

He developed an interest in database technologies while working in Research & Development for an International Chemical Manufacturer but did not move into ‘Serious’ commercial software development until 1999 when he joined Online Computer Services Ltd, a supplier of Telesales, Accounting & ERP solutions to SME’s in the Hospitality sector.

Initially appointed as an Analyst Programmer he rapidly progressed to a Senior Developer role leading the development of several key projects; including database migration to SQLServer2000, the redevelopment of legacy Solutions to .NET, Crystal reporting solutions and client/developer training. He then joined the IT Development team of Walker Morris Solicitors in Leeds and helped develop and support their Case Management solution ‘CaseNet’.

CaseNet is a flexible workflow solution capable of being configured to accommodate the requirements of most types of legal case workflow, managing client, third party and expert correspondence through to ‘Costs Negotiation’ and Litigation or Settlement. This experience fits well with flexible ethos of SalesFlow.
