Sawfish Software, the York-based developer of SalesFlow, has won a contract to implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for leading sportswear company MKK sports.

MKK Sports is one of the leading team wear suppliers in the country today. With their own in-house design team, MKK has developed an enviable reputation for delivering superior designs and team clothing for some of the biggest sports teams in the UK. They are the official supplier to various cricket clubs including Sussex County Cricket Club and Middlesex County Cricket Club in addition to numerous teams’ nationally. As well as catering for cricket teams, MKK also supplies universities and college team wear for major sporting events around the country.

As part of the new contract, Sawfish Software will provide MKK with a version of its internet-based CRM software SalesFlow, which will allow the firm to handle new leads effectively. MKK are planning a new Marketing strategy in 2008 to generate an influx of new leads that will need to be managed from enquiry to conclusion. SalesFlow provides the ideal solution to this problem.

Sawfish Software was founded in York in 2004 by chief executive Steve Hull, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the software and customer relationship management sectors.
