Sawfish Software has appointed a Business Consultant to steer the continued growth of the firm’s DebtFlow solution, for the management of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).
Kay Jeffrey, 27, previously worked in sales and marketing for The Debt Advisor (TDA). During her time at TDA, she worked closely with Sawfish Software and advised on the initial development of DebtFlow.
Kay’s new role is to further raise the profile of DebtFlow, which is specifically designed to automate many parts of the debt management process, enabling administrators to handle a higher number of cases. As well as providing support to Sawfish Software’s sales team, Kay will be working with clients to demonstrate the system, and explain how it can be customised to their own internal processes.
Kay said: "DebtFlow is ideally suited to the increasingly competitive and sales-oriented IVA market. It adds value to the business by automating a number of elements of the IVA process, and allowing staff to process a greater number of cases.
"Having previously worked closely with Steve Hull and the Sawfish Software team, I am delighted to be welcomed on-board. DebtFlow is a market-focused product and I will relish the challenge of further developing it to match the clients’ needs. As a fully-configurable system, it is easily integrated into each company’s established management processes, and I look forward to working closely with clients to ensure that the benefits to their customers are maximised."
Steve Hull, chief executive of Sawfish Software, added: "Sawfish Software has shown strong growth over the last 12 months, and much of that has been driven by the DebtFlow solution for IVAs. Kay will maintain and build on this momentum. With her client-side experience, she is the ideal person to work closely with clients, ensuring the system is customised to their processes and that they fully understand the potential of the DebtFlow solution.
"The IVA market is increasingly competitive, and customers need to feel confident that their case is being well managed. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is at the heart of Sawfish Software’s solutions, and is one of the fundamental benefits of the system."
Sawfish Software, which is based in York city centre, has witnessed massive growth in the last 12 months. This has enabled it to double its staff and achieve a growth rate of 300%.
