Sawfish Software is strengthening its position at the forefront of Customer Relationship Management software market, and reinforcing its commitment to clients to keep abreast of changes in Information Technology, including the introduction of Windows Vista.
Sawfish Software’s primary software solution, SalesFlow, provides sales automation, ideal for any company which needs to track progress from initial enquiry to completion of sale. DebtFlow, based on SalesFlow, is designed to automate and manage the IVA or debt management process.
The firm is currently in the process of rigorously testing compatibility with Microsoft’s Windows Vista as part of the ongoing development of its software.
By providing Software-as-a-System (SaaS), Sawfish Software is taking the pain out of implementing and managing software systems. As a hosted internet software service, clients can access their company’s database from any location with access to a browser. Additionally, firms can avoid the ongoing administrative resources that on-premise applications require, and benefit from a per-user subscription system.
Steve Hull, managing director of Sawfish Software, said: “By opting for an SaaS system, firms are minimising the stress and in-house resource, while in many cases also minimising the cost. System upgrades are automatic, and fully managed by IT experts. Additionally, the hosted system is supported by the most up-to-the-minute security.
“The research team at Sawfish Software is constantly testing reliability and security, while developing the product to meet the demands of our clients. Our CRM system, SalesFlow, is already improving efficiency in a wide range of sales-related businesses, including manufacturing, property sales, and communications, as well as within our own sales-team.”
