sawfish doubles team thanks to salesflow success

Sawfish Software, the York-based technology firm, has doubled its salesforce thanks to the success of its own SalesFlow technology.

Having exceeded its half year targets, Sawfish has recruited four more members to its sales team, and is expecting to smash its yearly targets. The Sawfish sales team credit their success to their own software solution, SalesFlow. The project implementation, development and support teams have also been expanded to ensure that service levels are maintained and enhanced as the business grows.

SalesFlow has enabled the company to effectively process and develop leads, automating and controlling the business at every stage. With marketing, sales and customer relations departments able to access the critical details and developments of each account, Sawfish can ensure that no lead is overlooked, and managers are alerted to delays or bottlenecks, while resources are used effectively.

Sawfish has also created a second solution, DebtFlow, based on the SalesFlow software, with the IVA process in mind. This is currently in use in a number of blue-chip companies.

SalesFlow and DebtFlow are hosted systems, accessed via the internet. They provide users with real-time visibility across their business to see who is dealing with which customer and exactly what stage they are at. Managers using SalesFlow can see a complete picture of the business activity and that of the employees managing it, allowing them to make informed decisions to ensure all opportunities are managed in the best way.

Sawfish was founded in 2004 by Managing Director, Steve Hull, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the software and customer relationship management sectors.
