Sawfish Software has agreed a deal to provide Far East Property Solutions with the business process management solution, SalesFlow, so they can provide the very best service to their clients from initial enquiry, through the completion of the sale, to a full after-sales service.
Far East Property Solutions, based in Rochester in Kent, employs ten people, and markets properties in the Far East. In the last 12 months, the firm has completed more than $50 million worth of international property sales.
Far East Property Solutions was seeking a labour-saving software solution to enhance its after-sales service, and improve customer relationship management. Sawfish Software’s SalesFlow solution will be customised to its after-sales procedures, enabling management to track events such as the completion of any relevant paperwork, and giving the sales team an up-to-date overview of the progress of each property purchase.
Sawfish Software’s SalesFlow is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution designed to automatically manage the critical events in the relationship between customer and company. With access via the internet, it provides permitted users real-time visibility across the entire business, with information on the processes undertaken in relation to each sales lead.
Tim Moore, proprietor of Far East Property Solutions, said: "The international property market is full of great salespeople, but we pride ourselves on excellent after-sales service too. When our customers have spent £300,000 they should feel confident knowing that a professional job is being completed on their behalf.
"We conducted an audit of the solutions available, and Sawfish Software met our criteria. We were impressed by the stable of blue-chip clients, and the availability of a web-based system with a great track record."
Steve Hull, chief executive of Sawfish Software, said: "SalesFlow is focussed on managing the relationship between company and customer. Far East Property Solutions understands the importance of that relationship, through every stage of the business, including after the sale has been agreed.
"SalesFlow enables the management team to take an instant snapshot of the processes, highlighting any potential snag points. With access to the software system from any location with a browser, this is ideal for a company operating from a number of locations, and for a sales team which spends time away from the office."
