York based Software Company Sawfish Software Ltd, provider of Sales- Flow, the automated sales process management solution, are celebrating today having being praised by Nigel Gravett of telecommunications company, The Network Global Group for a job well done.
The Network Global Group, who operate in Southampton, Northampton and Lincoln appoint around twenty sales people to carry out regular telemarketing activity involving the booking of sales meetings, a task which needs monitoring, evaluation and following up, hence the need for an efficient CRM system.
The Company, who previously used and then rejected Goldmine, felt that they weren’t able to track work in progress, potential appointments weren’t being followed up and thus the company’s profitable growth was being hindered.
Sawfish Software provided The Network Global Group with their product, Sales-Flow so that sales leads would not be missed.
Group Managing Director, Nigel Gravett chose Sales-Flow because it was a tailor made package which allowed his team to make their own notes on at every stage from start to finish - something they hadn’t got from Goldmine.
