We know that when using a system integral to your business success any downtime can be very frustrating and hampering. We have experienced and dedicated support teams available when you need them to ensure that you continue to get the most from your solution.
Sawfish Software will provide support to customers with regard to any aspect of their system, whether it’s the core software or bespoke development.
Support is provided during working hours through either Sawfish Software’s support enquiry service available via the client login on this site. Sawfish Software’s working hours cover Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30 pm, excluding bank and public holidays. Additional support hours can be provided on application.
Sawfish Software have a dedicated development and project management team working to continually improve, develop and maintain our customers’ solutions.

All customers will be regularly notified of updates and changes taking place. The account management team will work with customers to ensure that they continue to benefit from the existing system and any new developments.
Updated manual documentation is made available to customers and additional training is available at standard rates through either our online or onsite training.
